A player may have 20 or 30 shifts in a game or he may have 5 or 10, and maybe one or two of them will be game-breakers. You still have to play as if each and every shift is going to make the difference.

There's an old saying that goes, "On a team, everyone makes a difference". The question is "What kind of a difference do you make? Will it be one that adds to the team, or one that detracts from it? "Its your choice"
