Confirmation of Home Association Registration Procedure

Please be advised that the procedure for Confirmation of Home Association Registration has changed for the 2011/2012 Summer Try Outs. If a player is registered for Summer Try Outs with the Upper Canada Cyclones and registered with their Home Association prior to August 1, 2011, you will not be required to submit the Confirmation of Home Association Registration form, but if you are not registered by the August 1, 2011 deadline you must submit the signed form at the first Try Out session. Players will not be permitted to go on the ice unless we have proof of their registration with their Home Association. We will be confirming with the District Registrars that players registered by August 1, 2011 are registered with their Home Associations.
