Registration Fees & Equipment for 2014/2015

The total cost of registration is $3850.00

One time payment or payment option as follows:

Registration Date - TBD - $1850.00
October 1st - $1000.00
November 1st - $500.00
December 1st - $500.00

All 4 payments must be submitted on the registration date.

NSF Cheque(s) will carry a $50 Administration Fee. The NSF cheque plus the Administration Fee must be paid by cash or certified cheque within 7 days of notification by the Upper Canada Cyclones and delivered to the treasurer or President. An NSF cheque will terminate the above payment plan and all outstanding fees will become immediately due and owing.

Registration covers pants shells, home and away socks, home and away jerseys and a hockey bag.

A navy blue helmet and navy blue gloves will be mandatory for this upcoming season. These items will be available for purchase on registration day.

Reebok 11K helmet - $160.00 - incl. tax
Navy Blue/Yellow G400 Gloves - $100.00 - incl. tax

Windsuits, shorts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, toques and leather jackets will also be available for sizing and ordering on registration day. These will not be mandatory items.
