Refund Policy

The Upper Canada Cyclones “AAA” Minor Hockey Association’s refund policy is;

There will be no refund of Conditioning Camp or Tryouts after the start of either of these events.

Any refund of Tryouts or Conditioing Camp will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.   Any refund request for Conditioning Camp or Tryouts, must be made in writing and the circumstances surrounding the request will be considered before any refund is granted.

¨      Refunds may only be issued by the Registrar

¨      An Administration fee of $50 (fifty dollars) will apply to ALL refunds.

Regular Season Refund:

¨      A full refund (less the Administration Fee) is available until September 15^th of each season.

¨      A refund of 50% (fifty percent) of the total registration fees is available from October 1^st until November 15^th of each season.

¨      After November 15^th of each season, no refund will be available with the exception of a serious medical condition or injury, confirmed by a medical doctor’s written note.

No refund will be issued after December 1^st of each season for any reason
